How to prepare Juice?
Check and remove any weeds out of the Wheat Grass.
Wash the Wheat Grass with water to remove traces of soil.
Cut the Wheat Grass into small pieces of about one inch, to avoid damage to the motor of mixer-grinder.
Grind 50 gm Wheat Grass with 400ml water in the chutney jar.
Strain the liquid and consume it within 3 hours, or make ice cubes to preserve it for 2 days.

50gm Grass with 400ml gives you 4 servings

Dosage
Consume 100ml daily in the morning for the first 7 days.
Consume 100ml twice daily  after 7 days.
